Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to Family and Childcare Trust, and made no later than Monday 12 September. Any cancellations received before this date will incur a cancellation/administration fee of £50. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.  Substitutions of staff names or job titles, or additional information such as special dietary or mobility requirements must be made by Monday 26 September
